CEO & Co-Founder
His passion for creating innovative and accessible financial solutions, supported by his CISI accreditation, drives his commitment to helping employees engage with and grow their pensions through Compound.
Richard
CEO & Co-Founder
In 2006 Richard diverted his attention into running his own investment funds across London, whilst also investing in multiple early stage ventures across medical technology, consumer brands, fashion and more. Richards ability to intrinsically understand the needs and desires of people is proving invaluable in his role at Compound.
Geoff
COO & Co-Founder
He's been an independent trader of S&P500 futures and has worked at Nationwide and Natwest Group in operational roles. Geoff is driven by Compound's ambitions to make investing and pensions accessible to all.
Matt
Head of Compliance
For the last 12 years his career has taken compliance path and he has performed Head of Compliance and MLRO roles at various London based investment firms in the equity, derivative, pension and farming sectors.
