If you are an employer managing your Compound workplace pension you can change your direct debit details from the Compound portal.

Simply go to Organisational Settings in the Compound portal, and you will be able to  amend your details for future contributions.    

It is important to note that the change can take up to 10 working days. This means that if any direct debits are scheduled when you make the change,  they may still occur. If you have any issues though please feel free to reach out to us at client-support@compoundapp.co.uk.
