Compound charges a simple, flat fee of £15 per month for employers to set up and maintain their workplace pension. This £15 is a  maximum, no matter how any employees you have.    

The only other fees are for employees, which consists of Compounds Administration fee of 0.51% of their pot value, and the fund managers fees depending on their chosen fund.
