Why does my account show £0.00?
Your account may show £0.00 if your first contribution hasn’t been paid in yet.
If you have a pension from a previous job, those investments will stay with your old provider unless you request to transfer the pot over to Compound.
All in all, you don't need to worry if it says 0, it just means your money hasn't arrived yet.
